A high percentage of our commercial maintenance work is comprised of long-term garden and grounds maintenance although we also offer one off maintenance services.

We are confident that our quality of work, reliability and competitive pricing has seen our successful expansion in this market.

We now work for four of the largest property management company’s in London and consider anything from large scale works, (sites over 10,000sq meters) to quarterly maintenance visits for smaller city gardens and business estates.

We can generally work to specific budgets and we have the experience to make helpful suggestions regarding maintenance plans specific to site requirements.

Maintenance plans will cover all annual costs whether that be planting, mulching, lawn care, tree pruning and pest control where required.

Our system allows clients to budget for essential works and allows our teams to keep any grounds to high standards.

Residential Maintenance

Phil Franklin Landscapes caters for all kinds of residential maintenance, from large contracts to small one-off visits, offering good value and service to match.

Services include garden tidies and clearance work, hedge trimming, tree shaping, jet washing, pruning and ongoing maintenance services.

Regular Visits

We offer a regular maintenance service for both household and commercial clients.

Our regular garden services carry no callout charge and include all waste removal costs.

You decide the frequency whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly and we provide the service and invoice on a monthly basis. There are no hidden costs.

Included in a standard garden tidy / maintenance visit would be the following: Hedge Trimming, Weeding, Strimming, Pruning, shaping & deadheading, Lawnmowing and edging, Raking and sweeping.

Additional services offered include: Scarifying, Aerating, Herbicide application, Soil Improvement, Fertlising, Mulching, Planting out, Plant, shrub and root removal.

Our ongoing maintenance fees are priced individually and tenders are free and without obligation.
